Jen is a compassionate and skilled therapist with extensive experience helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, bipolar disorders, self-esteem issues, women’s concerns, motivation, personality disorders, and mood disorders. She specializes in supporting culturally diverse individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
Jen takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
